Natural Journey By CR, LLC is a small batch, made to order product line. While some of our items may be stocked most orders are made to order. For this reason please allow 7-14 business days lead time for your order to be made, processed and shipped. This timeframe does not include weekends and federal holidays. Tracking information will be shared once your order is fulfilled and ships. We CANNOT GUARANTEE when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate. 

Please be advised: Orders placed during sales will not begin processing until the sale ends.  

Our goal is to bring you products you love and use in your day to day selfcare routine. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase use our contact us page to notify us of your issues and concerns. 

 

Due to the nature of our products being handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds. Store Credit will be issued in lieu of refunds. A refund may be issued ONLY in the event product packaging is damaged. To file claims send pictures along with your order details to ceo@naturaljourneybycr.com If we are unable to process a refund to your method of payment, a store credit will be issued. Refund or store credit will be issued for the amount of the product only, excluding tax, shipping and handling. If there are any issues with your order, please notify us no later than 5 days after tracking indicates package was delivered. 

While lost or stolen packages do not qualify as a reason for a return we suggest contacting USPS to resolve this issue. You can file a claim for reimbursement of a stolen package online or contact them directly.

If the wrong address is associated with your order, please contact us within 24 hours at ceo@naturaljourneybycr.com Please provide us with the correct address information being sure to include any apartment or suite numbers. If your order is returned by USPS you can receive a refund minus the shipping cost or reshipment plus shipping. Failure to provide us with correct address information may result in additional or higher shipping fees.

Natural Journey By CR, LLC, product line is made from natural and organically sourced ingredients that are preservative free. Those items have a stable shelf life of 6 months for optimum quality. There are some items we will carry from time to time that will include preservatives to make our products shelf stable. Those items will have those preservatives clearly labeled on the products and on our site.
